I have worked with a couple other companies in the past for home automation and found the service to be substandard. I found Surreal online and thought i would give them a try, especially since i had a big project. Surreal is a highly detailed company who has met every expectation. When i have had issues, they have been very prompt in correcting those issues. They have also went out of their way to go over and beyond when it comes to service. I am glad i found them, and would highly recommend them to anyone who has high expectations of service.
