If I could give 10 stars, I would! From the first contact with Ed, the sales representative, to the details in terms of the contract, and the top notch installation team which for me consisted of Cort, andTyler (Surreal), electrician Jason and painter Jose, all went absolutely perfectly!
Ed and Surreal were very flexible as we changed from wired to wireless, and they even volunteered (without my asking) to decrease the final invoice due to less labor and materials needed...totally professional and trustworthy to the say the very least!! As this was a two day project, the team 100% cleaned up in between the two days, and it looked better when they clean up then when they started..remarkable! I had an issue, technical, after install and they immediately came out to fix.

Surreal Systems installed a full house system with high end components for us. It was quite extensive and included a lot of automation, wiring throughout, equipment cabinets indoor and outdoor TV's, indoor and outdoor speakers etc. They gave detailed proposals including price by piece for each component item and full detail of their labor and materials cost. They were timely with start date and completion date. There were some bugs to get worked out but they were always expedient with their service calls. The experience from our point of view was excellent and while not cheap you certainly get what you pay for.

I purchased a beautiful home 3 years ago in Anaheim Hills that had a sound and television system that was not working properly. I engaged Surreal Systems to troubleshoot and get the existing systems to work which they did. They recently installed a new lighting system , upgraded televisions, Sonos sound, heating thermostats, outdoor cameras and garage door controls all capable of remote operation from my phone using Control 4.
